But yes, Slackjaw is a humor publication. This is my first story for them. I may twist their arms into publishing another one at some point.

By the by, I have two humor novels coming out this year, if all goes well. Later this month, Space Operatic will debut. It’s a tale of high culture–yes, opera–on the fringes of our solar system, surrounded by corporate greed, abuse of power, rebellious miners, bloodthirsty mercenaries, outrageous lies, intense loathing, inane conversations, and more unintended consequences than you can shake a stick at.

Later in 2020, I should be releasing Weasel Words, a crime/humor novel based on Bernard and Melody Earls, who debuted in my flash fiction stories.
